South Africa’s Leading Lady, Terry Pheto, is putting South Africa on the world map yet again for the strides she is making as an actress. Terry Pheto has just received a nomination in the category for Best Supporting Actress from the prestigious British Independent Film Award (BIFA) for her portrayal of Naledi Khama in the film A United Kingdom.
Having recently stole the show at the London premier of A United Kingdom, Terry Pheto’s nomination is well deserved as she has proven time and time again that her acting craft is of a world class standard.
A United Kingdom depicts the true story of Seretse Khama and Terry Pheto plays the role of his sister, Naledi Khama. A United Kingdom opens up in cinemas this December.
