Nigerian Royalty Collaborates with Mzansi Hip Hop Royalty

Even with ongoing tensions between two nations with  Africa’s biggest economies, it seems it’s business as usual in some industries – and the music business seems to be one of those. The recurring conflicts between locals and Nigerians that have been taking place in South Africa in recent times have not deterred Nigerian rapper of royal blood, Prince Alfred Kingsley Chukwuyem Jr, who is better known as Pappy Thrill, from collaborating with South African artists by uniting through music.

The rapper of Like a Bad Girl fame alongside Nasty C, just released his first studio album titled: Tears Sweat Blood featuring Mzansi stars such as Stilo Magolide, Tshego, Stogie T, Nasty C as well as Youngsta CPT. As the title suggests – Tears Sweat Blood is a project that took Pappy Thrill many moons to put together as he was faced with his own tough obstacles along the way which also involved challenges with racial intolerance, but he opted to focus his energies on positive energies.

There are bad Nigerians and there are good Nigerians, there are also bad South Africans and there are also good South Africans, our continent is a mess right now and I just want Africans to unite and it is my duty to play my part with art, say no to xenophobia,” Says Pappy Thrill.

Tears Sweat Blood is available on all major digital stores.
