With an incredible line-up of international and local artists and delectable choice of gourmet food, the fifth DStv Delicious International Food & Music Festival is set to live up to its reputation as South Africa’s top culinary and entertainment festival. Running over two days on Saturday, 7 and Sunday, 8 October, the headline act for the Saturday will be the Academy Award-, Golden Globe- and Grammy-winning actor and hip-hop recording artist, Common.

Sunday: Bongo Maffin, Omar, Alexander O’Neal, Imagination feat Leee John (joined by HHP), Soul II Soul and Femi Kuti
The Food Scene
Johannesburg’s top food traders and food trucks are set to deliver the best of the city’s street food in a fest of flavour and fabulousness. From wood-fired pizzas, hand-crafted burgers and pulled pork buns, to fried chicken and authentic street tacos, festival-goers will be able to choose from a colourful line-up of food trucks, from the smallest yellow Tuk Tuk to the largest green double decker bus.
The Disney Cookabout
The Disney Cookabout, a comedic adventure game-show, hosted by Chef Kirsten Mohamed and her side-kick Sous Chef Mthunzi Ntoyi, will show a dynamic group of ‘cooktestants’ how to create simple and appetising meals. The Cookabout will take place at DStv’s food truck, The Runaway Chef, which will also play Disney content on its screens.

ATM facilities will be available at the event but we do strongly encourage festival goers to bring cash in order to avoid long queues
No Passouts:
No re-entry/passouts will be allowed upon exiting the venue
Parking & Public Transport:
There will be limited parking available at the venue at R100 per car. We strongly encourage festivalgoers to make use of the public transport system to avoid traffic delays, road closures or queues.
Disabled Facilities:
Disabled parking, disabled viewing deck and disabled toilets will be available at the festival
