Trailblazing South African hip-hop talent XXC Legacy is setting local airways alight with the release of her debut ‘End of Days’, introducing exciting collaborations with some of music’s hottest names including Moozlie, Big Star Johnson, Re.Decay, Stilo Magolide, Jay Jody and more.

A creative, a lyricist, a performer, a visionary. These are some of the titles that can be attributed to National School of the Arts graduate Courtney Mthethwa aka XXC Legacy. 22 year old hailing from Jozi is one independent to watch and Berlin-based label Paradise Sound System is behind her all the way.  

“It has a very old-school beat which references influences such as Wu-Tang and the theme song from The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, but I also wanted to share my story and values, and to encourage others to take that risk, follow your dreams and set your own trends,” expresses XXC Legacy.
