Young Talented South African’s Gear Up to Get Amped

Amplify Africa has announced the biggest UNDER 19 music festival “AMPEDFEST” that is sure to get South African youth AMPED. The festival will feature SA’s top celebrity artists; Anatii, Toya Delazy, Minnie Dlamini and American R&B sensation, Omarion.

AMPEDFEST is not only a music festival; it’s the final event of the AMPED development and talent competition, which saw the AMPED team, travel to various Gauteng high schools where they hosted and organised a number of talent shows into a structured competition between participating high schools.

After an online voting process, finalists attended workshops at Wits University where AMPED produced masterclasses with established South African entertainers, giving the students in-depth knowledge in Dance, Vocal, Presenting, and the ‘I Am A Brand’ branding masterclass.

The AMPEDFEST under 19 music festival is the finale of the talent competition where the Top 10 contestants will perform alongside Omarion, Anatii and other established musicians, TV presenters and personalities.

The festival also includes a range of fun activations from planet bungee and human foosball, to modified cars and sound. Exclusive VIP access is available, with free gifts and activities, with the main attraction of this event being the live stage performances, where young aspiring artist get to perform alongside their favourite personalities.
