It is with sad hearts that The Kings Of The Weekend, SPHEctacula and DJ Naves, bid farewell to Metro FM after 7 years on The Preparty. The official announcement was made this morning on the Fresh Breakfast Show. The dynamic duo will host their last Preparty show on Metro FM this Saturday, 29 April 2017 from 6 – 8pm.

SPHEctacula and DJ Naves would like to express their unreserved gratitude to Metro FM for allowing them to grow on the station and giving them a platform that enabled their brands to connect with millions of listeners over the years.

To the listeners, SPHEctacula and DJ Naves express: “Thank you for allowing us into your cars, homes and hearts over the past 7 years. The Preparty was a huge success because of all of YOU that tuned in every Saturday. We are eternally grateful for your unwavering support. Leaving The Preparty is a bold step for us to grow, get out of our comfort zones and challenge ourselves to achieve more.
